As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. There just doesn't seem to be anything original about it.
Maybe try blurring the Sections of the image behind the glass. Then the glass looks frosted. Its a nice touch

Your color balance is amazing, and it all melts down very nicely.
But for one bad thing, I must say - Get your own Vista bar.. Its easy for me to see that it's your own work, but not the rest of your visitors though. It's very close to my Vista startmenu.
